Pavl-off:

Earn Your Screen Time.

TThe Bluetooth motion sensor that turns heavy reps into unlocked apps.

The Problem: Doomscrolling vs. Deadlifting

You promise yourself you’ll go to the gym, but you end up on the couch scrolling through TikTok for two hours. We get it. The dopamine hit from your phone is instant; the results from the gym take time.

It’s time to rewire your brain.

Meet Pavl-off

Pavl-off is a smart, Bluetooth-enabled motion sensor that attaches universally to any weight—dumbbells, kettlebells, or barbells. It connects to the Pavl-off App on your phone to lock your most distracting apps until you put in the work.

No reps? No Reddit. No squats? No socials.

How It Works

1. Snap It On

Attach the Pavl-off sensor to your equipment using the built in magnets. It fits everything from a 5lb pink dumbbell to a rusty garage plate.

2. Lock It Down

Select the "Distraction Apps" you want to block (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Games) and set your workout goal (e.g., 3 sets of 12 reps).

3. Lift to Unlock

Start moving. The Pavl-off utilizes a precision accelerometer to count your reps in real-time. Once you hit your target, your apps unlock automatically.

The Science: By withholding the reward (your phone) until the action is complete (exercise), you utilize Classical Conditioning. You aren't just building muscle; you are training your brain to associate physical effort with a dopamine reward.
